Version 1.8.8 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.8.8 is released.  It is a very minor release.

This release is made almost exclusively to generate a new Debian
package, but it does include some main code changes, so it merits a new
version number.  However, no user-visible changes have been made.  The
new Debian package should now be uploaded using a source-only upload,
and this version should therefore be allowed to migrate to Debian
"testing" in a few days.  This release also includes a few translations
of the debconf prompts displaying instructions on how to set the new
"key_id" option when upgrading from a version of Mandos using GnuTLS
3.5.8 to a Mandos using GnuTLS 3.6.6.

  translation" by including the contributed translation (Closes:

* debian/po/sv.po: New Swedish translation.
* debian/mandos.postinst: Only reload D-Bus daemon if new user was
  created.
* debian/mandos.dirs (usr/lib/sysusers.d): New.
* debian/mandos-client.dirs (usr/lib/sysusers.d): - '' -
