Version 1.8.4 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.8.4 is released.  It is a bug fix release, fixing one minor
memory leak in plugin-runner (Debian bug #926641), and should no longer
break when installing the dropbear-initramfs Debian package (Debian bug
#926643).

Thanks to Peter Palfrader <weasel at debian.org>, not only for reporting
both of these bugs, but also for providing some initial clues about
where the bugs might be located!

Version 1.8.4 (2019-04-09)
* Client
** Fix minor memory leak in plugin-runner.
* Server
** mandos-ctl now has a --debug option to show D-Bus calls.

Debian package changes:

* debian/mandos-client.dirs: Add
  "usr/share/initramfs-tools/conf-hooks.d", needed by fix for #926641.
