Reg: Mandos server for Windows OS

Greetings,

I'm Rajkumar from Vortex Engineering Pvt. Ltd., India. I'm currently 
working on Mandos integration in our current organization for increasing 
security.
We have currently implemented HDD encryption with LUKS and Mandos (Linux 
server). We are migrating our server to Windows based OS and so we are 
in requirement for Mandos server running in Windows OS. Is there any 
way/provision to recompile Mandos server side source code such that it 
works on Windows OS?
