Version 1.7.17 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.7.17 is released.  This is a bug fix release.  On clients, a
memory leak in the "plymouth" and "plugin-runner" programs would not
only show ugly colorful warnings, but on some, but not all, clients, it
would also make the program fail outright.  This has been fixed.

* debian/mandos.lintian-overrides
  (init.d-script-needs-depends-on-lsb-base): Change line number to
  "46".

(Note: If the PGP signature on this message should fail to validate,
then you may have an old version of Teddy's key; please update Teddy's
key 63BE5B92CFE0418561959459EB9B1B01DE0572E4 from any public keyserver,
since Teddy has extended the expiration date of his key to 2020.  There
is nothing unusual about this, it is the normal procedure for PGP keys.)
