Version 1.7.6 of Mandos is released

Version 1.7.6 of Mandos is released.  It is a minor bugfix release,
meant to fix one bug relating to stopping the server.  Also includes
hidden bonus feature!

** Fix bug where stopping server would time out
** Make server runnable with Python 3

A problem was that when the server received a SIGTERM signal, it is
supposed to shut down.  It previously did not detect the signal until
otherwise running, like when processing a D-Bus message.  If no checkers
are run in time, and if no D-Bus messages are sent to the server, the
server would not shut down cleanly and would not save its state.  This
release fixes this bug, allowing the server to shutdown cleanly and
timely.

Hidden bonus feature: The /usr/sbin/mandos script can now also be run
with Python 3!  This has long been possible with the mandos-ctl and
mandos-monitor utilities, and now it is possible with the Mandos server
itself.  We eagerly await the day when /usr/bin/python will refer to
Python 3.

Debian package changes:

* debian/control (Source: mandos/Build-Depends-Indep): Remove
  "python-avahi".
  (Source: mandos/Build-Depends-Indep): Change "python-gi |
  python-gobject" to "python-gi"; i.e. remove "python-gobject".

(As usual, Teddy has uploaded the package directly to Debian unstable.)
