Getting mandos in ubuntu 12.04

I see now that Ubuntu 12.04 did not seem to have systemd.

Before compiling, edit the mandos/debian/control file and remove
"systemd" from the "Build-Depends-Indep" line. This should allow
compiling without systemd.
