Huh.  I strongly suggest you report this as a GnuTLS bug.  In the mean
time, you could either use RSA keys or experiment with the priority
string; does adding ":!VERS-TLS1.2" help?  I ask because there was an
issue with that once: https://savannah.gnu.org/support/index.php?107623
