Version 1.3.0 of Mandos is released

Hi Teddy,

Was not that long to wait since the bug reports. Great. Just a quick 
question... Are you going to push the update through aptitude for Ubuntu 
10.04 ? Or do I have to test the update through the link you provide ? 
If so, how will it affect the prior aptitude install ?
