Right.  Let's see how the local run-server and run-client works.

I suggest you keep waiting; GnuPG is like that when it generates keys
- - it takes ages, especially on an idle system without much entropy to
contribute to the randomness pool.  I just timed it on a system here,
and the key creation took eight minutes.  If you recently generated
keys, it might take much longer, since its entropy pool might be
depleted.  Please note that it first prints dots, dashes, etc, and
then a newline, and *seems* to stop completely - THIS IS NORMAL.  Then
it takes ages doing apparently nothing whatsoever, but eventually it
does get started again with the dots etc, and finally finishes.
