Version 1.8.12 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.8.12 is released.  It is a minor release, mostly to fix
compatibility with the GNU C Library version 2.31.

This release also, when booting an initramfs image created by
initramfs-tools, only uses setsid(1) when it is available.  (Since
Henning Reich <mandos at qupfer.de> reported problems in Ubuntu 19.10.)

Version 1.8.12 (2020-07-04)
* Client
** Fix compatibility with the GNU C Library version 2.31.
** In initramfs-tools boots, only use setsid(1) when available.

Debian package changes:

* Fix "FTBFS with glibc 2.31 (uses removed stime function)" by using
  clock_settime() instead. (Closes: #964226)
* debian/copyright: Update copyright year to 2020.
