Version 1.8.2 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.8.2 is released.  This is a rather minor bug fix release.  The
most important aspect is that the Debian package failed when installing,
which has been fixed.

Version 1.8.2 (2019-02-10)
* Client
** In mandos-keygen, ignore failures to remove files in some cases.

Debian package changes:

* debian/mandos-client.postinst (create_keys): Ignore failure to remove
                                               bad keys.
