Version 1.7.14 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.7.14 is released.  This is an *extremely* minor release, mainly
meant to release the remaining debian packaging changes before the
Debian release freeze.

The only change in Mandos, per se, is a change in the systemd service
file from using a deprecated directive to its non-deprecated version.

Version 1.7.14 (2017-01-25)
* Server
** Use "Requisite" instead of "RequisiteOverridable" in systemd
   service file.

The Debian package changes are slightly more important, especially the
first one:

* debian/mandos-client.postinst (create_key): Stop GPG agent after
  running mandos-keygen.
* debian/control (Package: mandos/Depends): Add "systemd-sysv | lsb-base
  (>= 3.0-6)", change "gnupg" to "gnupg2 | gnupg", and change
  "libgpgme11-dev" to "libgpgme-dev | libgpgme11-dev".
