Version 1.7.15 of Mandos is released

Mandos 1.7.15 is released.  This is a bug fix release.  One bug in the
server made it ignore the "zeroconf" and "restore" options from the
mandos.conf file (but both worked on the command line).  Thanks to Pablo
Abelenda <pabelenda at igalia.com> for the report and fix!  On the client
side, the "mandos-keygen" utility would not correctly read passphrases
with backslash ("\") characters.  Both of these bugs are fixed in this
release.

Debian package changes:

* debian/mandos.lintian-overrides (mandos): Add new line

* debian/copyright: Update copyright year to 2017.
