Mandos 1.7.16 is released. This is a bug fix release. On some clients,
there seems to be problems, probably due to cryptroot containing
multiple lines on Debian 9 installations; this has been fixed. Also on
every client having "plymouth" installed, an ugly colorful warning was
briefly visible due to the "password-prompt" program having a small
memory leak; this has also been fixed.

Version 1.7.16 (2017-08-20)
* Client
** Bug fix: ignore "resumedev"entries in initramfs'cryptroot file
** Bug fix in password-prompt plugin: free memory, avoid warning output

Debian package changes:

* debian/copyright (License): Use program name explicitly.
  (Format): Use https in URL.
* debian/control (Priority): Change from "extra" to "optional".
  (Standards-Version): Update to "4.0.1".

(Note: If the PGP signature on this message should fail to validate,
then you may have an old version of Teddy's key; please update Teddy's
key 63BE5B92CFE0418561959459EB9B1B01DE0572E4 from any public keyserver,
since Teddy has extended the expiration date of his key to 2020. There
is nothing unusual about this, it is the normal procedure for PGP keys.)
