Mandos 1.7.13 is released. It is client minor bug fix release.

When installing the Mandos client Debian package together with GnuPG
2.1, it would erroneously ask for a passphrase for the client key, which
should not have a passphrase. Also, in a fake machine such as a chroot
environment or systemd virtual machine, the mandos-keygen could be run
without a valid TTY on standard input, making GnuPG 2.1 fail when trying
to ask for a passphrase, and consequently fail to generate a key. Both
these problems have been fixed by asking GnuPG 2.1 or later not to
protect the generated keys with a passphrase. (Older versions of GnuPG
will emit a warning about "%no-protection" being an unknown statement,
but it is harmless, since older versions of GnuPG did not need it.)

Version 1.7.13 (2016-10-08)
* Client
** Minor bug fix: Don't ask for passphrase or fail when generating
   keys using GnuPG 2.1 in a chrooted environment.

There were no Debian package changes from 1.7.12.
