Version 1.6.7 of Mandos is released

Version 1.6.7 of Mandos is released.  It is a minor release and includes
a bug fix and a new feature.

Version 1.6.7 (2014-07-17)
* Client
** Bug fix: Now compatible with GPGME 1.5.0.
** Bug fix: Fixed minor memory leaks.
* Server
** "mandos-monitor" now has verbose logging, toggleable with "v".

(There are no Debian package changes since 1.6.6.)

The most notable about this release is that it fixes compatibility with
version 1.5.0 of the GPGME library, which was recently upgraded in
Debian.  This release also adds one small feature to "mandos-monitor".

(As usual, Teddy has uploaded the package directly to Debian unstable.)
