Yes, that is what I mean.  (Well, except that the Debian official
repositories for Debian 7 "Wheezy" has and will always have version
1.5.5.  In *our* repository for Mandos, it is 1.6.4, and will be 1.6.5.)

I was planning to wait until I was added as a Debian Maintainer:

Anyway, when I am a Debian Maintainer, I can upload new Mandos packages
without needing a sponsor, which means we can release new versions
whenever we want to.
