See my other post.  Briefly, you would use the "ip=" and
"mandos=connect" kernel parameters.

Fascinating.  You will, however, I suspect, be pleased to note the new
"--no-ipv6" feature of the server, recently added to address your
situation.  Note that this will make it impossible for the client to
use the network without a configured IP address, so this is *NOT*
recommended usage except in extreme circumstances such as yours.
